This woman was as beautiful as her flowers, but this is a typical response from the locals when they see a camera go up, their heads turn in a split second. Although they are exceedingly friendly, they are very camera shy.

This is the best fried chicken we have ever eaten. Not like the chicken in the US where you have to scrape away the clumps of fat. The meat is fresh and lean, and the skin is transparent and a crispy golden brown.
