My last meal in the city of Nazareth, making it's mark as the forefront of fine dining and fusion cuisine in Israel, was one of the best salads I have ever eaten, with pomegranate seeds, raw cashews, and sweet, juicy peppers with fresh lemon and olive oil dressing.
