They are capitalizing on celebrity chef Bourdain's visit with his picture on the back of their menus.  I pointed to the photo and said "Oh, Senor Bourdain es mi novio!"  They all laughed hysterically.  Why were they laughing, do you think?

This is the kitchen.  The blender is full of their mango sauce, a tart concoction of fresh mango, salt and lime, which goes over their signature cerviche.
